I spent over 8 hours during a 3 day period trying to have a phone line connected that was accidently disconnected due to some confusion with Verizon. The phone line was diconnected on a Thursday and 5 days later after multiple promises of reconnection, my 78 year
old mother was left without a working telephone. Each time I would call to try and rectify this matter I was put on hold for upwards of 30 minutes, only to have discovered that the call was disconnected. The
excuse that I got each time I called back was they were having problems with their lines. Thayu can't even keep their own communication lines functional! Needless to say it is now day 6 with no
phone service and I have made plans to use another provider.
I would never consider this company for any of there services again. They
customer service department would not even allow me to speak with a manager. Their service is deplorable, and if you are considering
doing business with this company you have been warned!
Pissed!
