Overcharging, bill crept up from 120 to 600 dollars. 5000 paid for cable and internet over 2 years. Do not use this company ever. Told them I wanted to discontinue service. I was told I owe 600.00
RCN Billing Department Review
RCN charged me prorated fees for not paying their bills on time. Well I can't pay them since they don't send me a billing letter once every month regularly BEFORE the due date! So convinient for them to rip it off from me by this method, since I haven't sign up for auto-pay. Thanks RCN.
Outage in Boston 7/14 not RCN's fault but it effected my modem and they will not drop another modem off today. I am out of business!
