RCN - Disconnected service
I just paid RCN $185 for basic cable and internet! Then today cause I'm a little late with my next payment they have already disconnected my service!
I've never dealt with such a poorly run company who treats their customers like ***. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I am told "we'll they will tell you the same thing". I'm already in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general. This company needs to be investigated and I won't stop til it happens.
They can take their cable and internet and shove it. I don't want it and I'm going with another cable company.
As I will have many people switch services as well. They should know word of mouth is never good when your doing bad business!

Did you think maybe the issue is because you didn't pay your bill on time. If you pay $185, is that monthly or is it two months?
Also if it is two months that us reasonable I have Comcast and I pay $92 for cable only.
Seems reasonable to me. For cable and internet that a good price.
