Billing error charged two Restorations fees never was disconnected unless you’re talking about the outage that cross United States when I questioned the customer service representative they told me that’s because my payment was late and when I said this is a joke I said why would you charge me restoration fee when the service was never disconnected and she hung up but never seen such horrible customer service

I have had RCN for almost 2 years Just the TV service My bill started out really good It was about 78 dollars a month A few months back I took off one of the packages for the channels And you're not going to believe this my bill changed from 78 to 90 dollars I have been on the phone too rude and obnoxious customer services so many times I can't count They will not help you and they don't care RCN is the worst I've ever dealt with I will be shopping for a new cable company ASAP
