Rcn - Horrible service horrible customer service
Billing error charged two Restorations fees never was disconnected unless you’re talking about the outage that cross United States when I questioned the customer service representative they told me that’s because my payment was late and when I said this is a joke I said why would you charge me restoration fee when the service was never disconnected and she hung up but never seen such horrible customer service
Rcn - Worse company to work for unprofessional
A lot of talk to get workers! when they get you watch your back unprofessional (if they fire you in sales a super drops all the sales you earned and puts under her name) many many more nice right!!!!!!!!
