Today, May 7th 2018, I just called customer service to discuss my bill. I missed April’s payment due to unemployment so I understood services being suspended.

I didn’t care much bc our TVs always would “lose connection” anyway. I called to pay April’s bill and was told I owe 384.15. They added Mays bill that’s not due until May 26th. I further received a suspension notice for May 17th if i didn’t pay this 384.15.

My cable is only 187.00. I asked why can’t i just pay the 187?

I never complained about the list connections (at least 6-10) a day - yet they want an extra month and threatening to suspend my service. Rip off
